Just in... This 1966 Corvette Stingray coupe. The looks, the stance, the year makes the car. With mild custom touches over the years the car has the timeless custom corvette look. First sometime in its life a third tailamp was installed on each side, a big block hood was added, Hooker headers with side pipes were also installed and the vintage look was rounded out by the American racing "Daisy" style wheels were installed. The paint and body were done 10 to 15 years ago, the body is really straight with good panel alignment. The paint is still in good condition but has its normal small stress cracks. The only major crack is the normal fender/header corner of the hood opening area on the drivers side. (pictured) The car has a very nice very solid chassis with no rust issues. The car has had the brakes, front and rear suspension and the headlights gone through in the last year so its ready for the road. The side pipes sound great but the chrome finish id showing some wear, not rusty but thin finish. The engine decodes correct for the car... HAH suffix code, cast in March of 1966. (Car build date is 5-24-66) the engine runs out great, it has an aftermarket intake manifold and carb installed with the original distributor with the tach drive. The car runs and drives great and the 4 speed manual transmission shifts out very good. The interior is nice with new black leather seat covers,new headliner and replacement carpeting. The radio,wipers,am/fm radio are in working condition, the tach and gauges are also in working order with the exception of the speedo. (havent looked into it as of now) The door panels are original, the passengers side has a few cracks in it. (pictured) Overall the car is a great super solid driver that you can get out and enjoy.
