Just in... this 1964 Vanden Plas Princess 3 Liter MK II. The car was imported a few years back (2005) from a wedding car company in New Zealand that used it for special events. The car is a great example of a rust free british Princess. ThE Princess was repainted in 2005 and the two tone was added, it was originally a solid black car. The paint is driver quality and could use sanding and buffing. All of the chrome and britework is original and still very presentable as well as the glass. The engine is a 3 liter Austin engine with dual SU carbs.The Borg Warner automatic transmission makes this thing a snap to drive. The lights and gauges are working on the car as well as the heat and wipers. I have the original radio to go with the car but a newer AM/FM stereo has been added. On the inside the original red leather interior is in good condition, its not torn up but shows its age, its just old leather! The car has wood picnic tables on the front seat backs as well other interior wood. This car commands attention everywhere it goes with questions from all ages. The car runs and drives well at highway speeds keeping up with traffic well. As any old car is with multiple carbs its sometimes a little finicky if you dont run it often.
